Diagnosis

Scape, mesoscutum and scutellum red; antennae attached high up on frons, ratio length of distances between point of attachment of antennae to frontal suture/to lower margin of head = 0.4; pronotum and temples large; fore wing weakly infuscate with a hyaline band just outside level of stigmal vein; petiole 1.5X as long as wide.
